Just closed on our home as a first-time homebuyer with the help of Nicola. I “met” Nicola when I had put my name down for a bridal bazaar’s mail list, and she contacted me to ask if I was interested in looking for a house. At that time, I said I wasn’t planning to buy until within a year or two. I discovered a downpayment assistance program, to which she encouraged me to apply to and luckily ended up getting it. Nicole was patient, communicative, and pleasure to work with. She made sure that I didn’t get too overwhelmed through the process as a first-time homebuyer and had guided me throughout until the end.
